I don't really have a "goal weight"; I'm more interested in being healthy and feeling comfortable in my body :)
About me:
First I have to say that I’m super excited to start this blog! And secondly, I’m from northern Europe, so my native tongue isn’t English and therefore spelling- and other mistakes are unfortunately inevitable :D I started this new and healthy lifestyle a while ago, and I’ve already dropped 6 kg (13 lbs) which I’m very proud of :) Basically what I did was that I just started to eat more fruits & vegetables and left all the junk food out (sodas, hamburgers, fries, chips, candy, chocolate, cookies etc.). Of course I ate some of these once in while, but everything in moderation. Another big change for me was that I started to eat breakfast every morning. Before, I never ate breakfast because I didn’t feel hungry in the mornings, but now I wouldn’t survive without it :D Then, when I had gotten my diet in order, I started running and doing other types of exercise. It might sound like too simple a solution but that’s what I did, and that’s how I got my extra-6kg/13lbs off :)
I still want to tone up more (I don't know if you can say it like that.. :DD), but I'm pretty confident that I will be satisfied soon enough with my body if I just keep doing what I've been doing so far :)
